When will I get my first box?
Your first box will be posted within 2-5 working days with subsequent boxes posted on the first day of every month. GET STARTED.
Where do you deliver to?
Plant-n-Grow boxes will be delivered with your usual mail (unless specified) so you select the delivery address. Plant-n-Grow boxes are currently available for shipping in the UK, Republic of Ireland and European Union countries.
Can I have my box delivered to to a different address?
Yes, you can send your box to any address in the countries that we currently ship to.
Can I choose which boxes I want?
Simply by choosing the plan that’s best for you from our subscribe page, enter your delivery and payment details.
Do you only offer Subscriptions?
No, in addition to our subscription bundles, we also offer single box purchases.
Can I choose which box to receive when?
Plant-n-Grow have specially selected your growing boxes to reflect seasonal growing times so unfortunately this is not possible at this time. Single or bundle gift purchases can be made which allow you to tailor your box choices.
How do I pay?
We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card (Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Debit); Mastercard and American Express and Paypal payments. You pay per box using your credit or debit card. We take payment in advance of your receiving your box so we have time to select and hand-pack the contents and deliver directly to your door.
What do I get?
We have a range of boxes for you to select from. All boxes come complete with your seeds, propagator, growing medium (either a seed mat or compost discs), indoor and outdoor growing instructions, chef prepared recipe unique to the box you select, seed markers and pencil. A full plot-to-plate solution.
Do I need to sign for my box?
No, our boxes have been specially designed to ensure they fit through a normal sized letterbox and will be delivered along with your normal post unless you have specified otherwise.
What are the shipping options?
We can offer a range of shipping options for you to select, however, our standard shipping option is £—- and you can expect your order within 2-4 working days.
How do I cancel?
There is no commitment – you can cancel at any time online. You can suspend your account online or alternatively email us at email@example.com If you have received your goods before you cancel your subscription, you must send the goods back. If you cancel your subscription and we have already processed your order, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and send back to our Shedquarters as soon as possible. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

I am having problems with my account, have forgotten my password or am not receiving e-mails / newsletters?
You can reset your password by entering your account e-mail address on the forgot password page and an e-mail will be sent to you with directions for changing your password.
E-mails will be sent to the e-mail associated with your account. If you are not seeing our e-mails, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still can’t find them, then please contact email@example.com.
